We have lost series catch up on iPlayer, can this be re-instated by ourselves? If so what do we need to do?

Our firmware is version 3.5 does this also need to be updated? If so how?

I will be happy to help out with your query regarding Catch Up TV.  If there's a programme/series listed here but doesn't show on your TiVo® box then try firstly, give your TiVo® box a reboot by powering off/on again to refresh things.  If the programme/series you want isn't listed then it is not scheduled.


If this doesn't work, then let me know the name of the programme of the series and episode number and I can check further for you.


If something is missing, we'll need to fix this from our end for you.
