Catch-up TV XL

We had TV XL catch-up until they "improved the service" in September 2016, then we lost a large number of really good dramas (particularly ones from ITV which I was planning to watch). Now we just have programmes from channels we'd never watch! We had a massive price hike without any prior notice a couple of years ago and the price has gone up regularly since then, so I feel a bit cheated that after all of that, they have reduced the service we received without any notice - it certainly isn't an improved service! 

Does anyone know why this is?

I would like to mention that we sometimes remove and add new shows to make sure we're stay relevant and with the times of new shows and dramas.
