Catch up/On demand

Why is it that my catch up service spends almost half the time being unavailable. It is currently unavailable again as it was yesterday morning and Sunday. This is a regular occurrence which is now unacceptable. I will be contacting you with a view to cancelling my subcription

I'm sorry to hear that you're frequently getting errors when trying to use On Demand.  I'll be happy to help check this out for you.

 

I have carried out some checks with the box remotely, there is a signal fault that requires an engineer to call out and fix.
