Over the last few days a couple of programmes failed to record and those channels at least at various times have not been available. Trying to watch one of them via Catch Up next day also failed to load at the first attempt, no error message, just a black screen.
Together with the Box getting slower and slower to respond to key-presses, and the new cable modem/router taking several minutes to boot up after switch on, the quality of service is definitely going downhill while the price goes up. Are we the victims in Virgin Media's race for ever higher download speeds?
