My TV, phone, and broadband have all been down 4 times for hours on end this week, and are currently down with no resolution expected until 4pm tomorrow! I have had to waste time and money calling Virgin from a mobile to report this.
Can anyone from Virgin tell me what this ongoing issue relates to? This lack of reliability is terrible for working from home. My contact is up so maybe time go look for a more reliable service..

I am sorry to read that you have experienced some interruptions on all services in the home. After having a look at the connection and running some tests, it's clear to see that there some problems identified with the SNR and other signal levels on the TiVo's tuners. This will need an engineer as there are no open outages in the area relating to this fault.
