Since Thu 17th Guildford GU1 area has been without any TV or broadband service for most of the time. I am getting tired of being told it will be fixed by XX o'clock only for the deadline to pass with still no fix.
It was completely down again last night and customer services said yet again it would be fixed within an hour. I've woken this morning to a complete outage yet again. The only thing that has been working is the phone and even that went down for part of the time.
Does anyone know what is going on and when it will be properly fixed?
I'd like to welcome you to the forums and say that I'm sorry to hear that you've been experiencing a full loss of both the Broadband and the TV over the last couple of days.
I've just run some testing and all appears to be fine from this end, so hopefully you can see the same from your end. Should you still be experiencing an issue, please let me know so that I can investigate further for you.
