Since yesterday I am getting 2 channels and an 3202 error code on the other channels. I called 150 and was told to keep an eye on the problem and if it's the same in a few days call back for an engineer to come out. From Reading other post this code does require an engineer. Can anyone help
I'd like to take this opportunity to welcome you to our forums and say that I'm really sorry to hear that you've been experiencing such a severe lack of channels on your set top box, as the majority are showing that 3203 error code.
I've taken a look at things from this end, and can see that since you made your post, our second line team have been in touch and booked a technician to call out and investigate further. Please let us know how everything goes with the technician.
