3014 error code

I have rang the 150 and they have reset my box. I told the customer services that the error was still showing and was told that it will go off on its own. Its not gone off, channels are still missing and i cant use catch up as whwn it plays its just a black screen. Any sugguestions.

Hi there Vickihaigh, 

 

I'd like to welcome you to the forums and say that I'm really sorry to hear that you are still getting the error 3014 code even though you've spoken to our fault centre. 

 

I've run some testing on your set top box this evening, and it is showing as offline - This could be that it's powered off at the moment, or it could be part of the issue. 

 

If this is powered off, then could you please power it back on and leave it powered on (Standby is okay), until I've been able to run some testing. 

 

If however it was powered on, then please let me know as I'll need to arrange a technician to call out and investigate further for you.
