Does anything with this system work properly?

just watching the end of a film I had to record as I was not able to watch it on demand for whatever reason. I am streaming it from my second V6 box and it just stops, lost connection, I had to go to the other box and check and yes it has lost connection please try again in a few mins. very annoying!

the internet is fine as this email attests, why is the Virgin hardware so moody?

What method have you used to connect the boxes?

Do you get any error messages/codes on screen?
