virgin seem to have lost my phone...

could someone have a look into getting my phone back up and running please

we had an engineer out last weekend who said the problem wasn't at the box in the road

now I've been told it is the box in the road again but you cant get an engineer out until sat 12th nov

I'm so sorry to learn about the continued problems you're experiencing with your telephone service, I've been able to locate your account to take a closer look at this and can see that a network engineer has been requested, which is why there's more of a delay than we'd like.


I'm very sorry for these issues, it's not something we want you to experience but I'm glad this action has been planned, I'm confident we'll get this resolved soon.
