poor service

Well Craig if a simple 1 pr lead in is a specialist job then I must have been a hyper specialist as a Bt ordinary engineer.I suppose the fault diagnoses is resolved but a 2month cable repair time is disgusting, we did not know customer services could put her on a disabled priority repair list and we will put her on it but its no good for this time you sayI just hope in the next 2 months of anxiety for our family she does nt fall. the next time I m shopping and I hear your sales pitch I m going to say very loudly your repair list times and see if people want to make up their own minds?
