For some reason my mobile is asking for a password and I am limited to emergency calls I don't recall to have been asked to set one up let alone enter one. Any is advice is most welcome. I've done the usual remove, restart but it has made no difference.
Welcome to the Community Forum, sorry to hear that you aren't able to use your mobile due to the password requirement. Apologies for the delay in getting back to you.
If you don't know what the password is that's been set on the mobile, usually the only other option would be to factory reset your device, as we can't advise you what password has been used on the handset. Just be aware that a factory reset will remove stored data on the phone, which can't be recovered if it hasn't been backed up.
