Region 12. Virgin on-line diagnostic tells me there is no fault. The emergengy phone system integrated to the phone to help protect my 95 year old bedridden mother-in-law keeps telling me I am disconnected then a couple of minutes later, connected, then a couple of minutes later, disconnected, then... you get the picture. But all the time there is no dial tone on the phone so unavble to make outward calls and haven't heard from anybody since the problem started. Is this normal? Nothing has changed in the months since the safety kit was installed so why is it going mad now? Do I need to change the phone sockets or my telephone, broadband and tv provider?
