Since having Virgin media put a line in to our new build house, we have constantly have had wrong numbers/cross line calls. Although we have complained a number of times and had engineers out. This is still not fixed and has got to a point that we do not answer our landline, as it is normally a wrong number. Know it has got to a point that other households believe we have phoned them. Also how difficult is it to complain to Virgin you can sit on a call for 40 minutes or write a letter, I think the letter may be quicker. We have only be with Virgin since April this year, can you cancel the phone line within the 12 months due to ongoing technical issues. As we just want to move to a BT line.
