Our phone line is completely dead (and has been for a few weeks). We've ran the tests with a working phone as suggested on your website and got a mesage to call Virgin. I have tried calling the 0345 454 1111 number from work (my mobile phone reception at home is very poor) but the automated service asks me to be at home when I call, which I can't do as my mobile won't work.
