Noise on phone line

I've had noise on my phone line for two days. Booked an engineer who didn't turn up yesterday. This is not the first time my phone line has played up in the past one. What's going on Virgin, you keep telling me I'm a VIP customer, so what's the deal?

I'd like to take this opportunity to welcome you to the forums and say that I'm really sorry to hear that your phone line is playing up again. 

I've double checked the account and am not able to see a booking for last week, so I'm really not sure what happened there. 

I can see that since making this post, you've been able to book another appointment and this is showing on the account. 

Please let me know how everything goes with this appointment.
