How to rebook an engineer

An engineer was due to visit this afternoon to fix my phone.

I received the confirmation and reminder texts to which i replied YES, waited in all afternoon and nobody showed.

I have spent the last 2 and a half hours trying to rebook or complain or both via the website, telephone and online webchat, to no avail. Everything takes you round and round in circles without actually getting to speak to anyone.

My appointment doesn't appear on my account either so there is no way round that way.

Can someone please tell me how to rebook an engineer or how I get to speak to a real person.

I'm sorry to hear you're having trouble with your landline and are having difficulties getting this rebooked. I must also apologise for the no show of a technician.
