I have run a test and it confirmed there was not problem, have changed the phone over to check whether phone was a fault and it is not. Still not phone line, please advise how I can now book an engineer.Thanks

I've done some checks on your line, and can see no reason for this, there are no local issues reported, and the line is showing no abnormalities when tested.
