HOME TELEPHONE

For the last 3 weekends we have had a call and when picked up no one answers but as soon as we put the phone down we find we have a crackling noise on the line and no phone service, I go to my laptop to check my service status and get the line checked all to no avail , this lasts for 3-4 hours. Our family and friends get concerned because they can't reach us.

We are getting very tired of this and are afraid to pick the phone up on Fri. Sat. and Sun. evenings.

Can anyone help?

Welcome to the Community, I'm very sorry for the problems you're experiencing with your telephone service at the moment.

 

I've been able to locate your account to run some tests on the line and we're not detecting any errors, have you been able to test your handset at all? By either trying an alternate handset or your handset on an alternate line?
