Please help me I am getting to the end of my tether after signing up to virgin broadband and I haven't even had it installed yet!
I signed up through a door to door rep for 100mb at £23 a month for 12 months and signed the contract agreement to say so I received a e-document to sign which stated it was 18 months I did not agree to this and called up virgin who said they would adjust it and put it to what I was offered and would be emailed new documentation
I am still waiting for this and have spent all this morning calling different numbers being passed from piller to post
Can someone actually give me a number to contact number to get this sorted - if this is what service is like now I dread to think what it's like in the future
You would need to speak to the Pre-installation team on freephone 0800 052 1734.
They should hopefully be able to get this resolved for you.
