Ealing W5 phone dead AGAIN

For the 3rd time in a month my line has gone dead.

I've tried another handset and that makes no difference, just get a sign 'check the line cord' (I have). Status check says results are inconclusive.  I work from home and am using my mobile but can't get off it for long enough to speak to anyone at Virgin.  How do I get an engineer out please?
