We've just taken out a contract with virgin and our first bill came through this month. It included £2.49 of charges for 4 phone calls. The thing is, we don't even own a landline! How is it possible to charge us for phone calls that couldn't possibly be made?
Welcome to the Community, I'm sorry to learn about the problems you're experiencing at the moment.
Have you got a handset plugged into the line at the moment? If so, call your mobile phone to check the number is the number you recognise. If that checks out, then we'd like to take a closer look at the time / date of the phone calls.
To do that, I'd need to ask for some information from you, so I've sent you a private message to speed things up just in case. You can view the message by clicking the purple envelope on the top right of this page.
