Can someone help me work out if I am paying extra for my phone please?

I am paying £28.34 a month. (line rental is all paid in advance)

I only have the new VIVID 100 Optical Fibre and XL phone package. 

When I look at the bundle costs as if shopping online it doesn't make sense to me and the customer service people are not helping much. 

I don't use the phone at all so I could reduce this  but will it cost me any less monthly?

Thanks for your post and welcome to the Community. It's great to have you here and getting involved Smiley Happy


Whenever you have 2 different services with us, you automatically become part of a bundle and therefore you'd get a little discount on both those services. When removing one of them, you lose all the discount. 


In many cases, removing the phone may only reduce your package by pennies if any at all. 


The best thing to do, is have a chat with the team via online chat here: and ask how much you would pay if removing the phoneline.
