Hi there MartinJoseph, 

Firstly I'd like to welcome you to the forums and thank you for your post, I'm sure that other people reading this post in the future may well be thinking the same thing. 

If you already subscribe to the Call Divert feature, then I'd like to point you towards This page which explains how to use our features.

First of all you'll need to discover what colour zone your line works on - this is explained on page 2 of the above link. Then the instructions for Call Divert can be found on page 14. 

(You can also use this guide for our other Call Features)

If you don't already subscribe to Call Divert, then you would need to call our Customer Service department on 150 or 0345 454 1111 so they can enable this on the line, the process will normally take 24 hours to activate any call feature.
