How can i speak to someone about my bill without having to respond to endless menus and giving a password i don't have?

They can clear security for your protection and will be able to chat freely about any billing concerns with you.

We can also reset the account memorable word with you if you do get another chance to call in again on 150 or 0345 454 1111.
