I;ve been virgin mobile for about 5 years with 2 accounts. I was told i can upgrade my mobile so I called but was told I can't upgrade because I've failed a credit check.
I called up and told them ok cancel my account she said you don't have to do that. They want me to stay but I'm classed as a credit threat.
They say customers are not bothered about this but if my old mobile packs in Virgin can't replace it I would have to buy a mobile.
Has anyone gone through this and if so what did you do?
I'm so upset and annoyed.
