I am sick of trying to get help from Virgin Mobile Customer Services. I have just spent half an hour trying to find out how to locate a missing phone. I was put on hold, cut off, put through to the wrong dept etc etc. All that after explaining slowly and carefully what I needed - and usually being asked to say it all over again. I thought that VIrgin accounts offered this phone locator service. No-one I spoke to would agree that it used to, or even conceded that they understood what I meant. Just infuriating. Roll on the end of my contract. PS Found the phone in the end, of course, but no thanks to Virgin.
