same problem as some others on here my texts on samsung s6 just turn grey and a message pops up. saying message failed!!, very important information lost today and god knows how much i am losing financially with customers who cannot book. 3 days with no work now I find out when a text finally came through and i try to reply that i have probably been ignoring (in their eyes as they know not that virgin is down!) potential customers. not happy this needs sorting. why is there no service issue posted by virgin anywhere? the service down site states all is working correctly but judging by the amount of people unable to send a text the there obviously IS an issue that is not down to one or two persons phone malfunctioning!!
