samsung s5 freezing

Samsung s5 keeps freezing. and I have to switch it of and on again to get it working

sounds like a software glitch, You could try a master reset and always try to delete all your messages and make sure you have about 500mb memory in the handset the more memory the better it will be and I am not talking about external memory if all else fails send it back to get it fixed

Thanks for posting. I'm very sorry to hear your Samsung Galaxy S5 keeps freezing.


As dazm33 said, it could be a software glitch or maybe an app causing the problem. You could try a factory reset but you'll lose all your contents. You could back it up first via Samsung Kies.


To do the reset follow these steps:-

Apps > Settings > Backup and reset > Factory data reset
