no broadband or house phone for two months now. offered dongle for 1 month as compensation now they say my bill for it is £126. why should i pay when its their fault im without phone and broadband. trying to contact them on my vodafone is both costly and a complete waste of time, feel i am being conned by a so called customer friendly company. bet richard wouldnt have this trouble....................

We're not able to provide credit from here based on a previous loss of service so you'll need to give the team a call on 150 / 0345 454 1111. They can look at the loss of service, what caused it and provide credit for you.
