glitch in Virgin's side


I have ordered a contact mobile but the process has stopped due to a
reported glitch in Virgin's end.

Here's your order number: ***************
Date of order: Saturday 28th November, 2015

The confirmation I have recived by email differs in one of its fields,
and this could be the cause of the glitch.
The mismatching field is the monthly cost associated with the device and
tables, which should be 5 gbp, but this fields appears empty in the
confirmation email.
The total sum of concepts is 5gbp less than it should be, which indicates
that the glitch is not a rendering bug, but a data one, and could explain
why my order has been put on hold.

Please would you solve this issue as soon as possible? I need the order to
be resumed so I can get the phone.
