my 2 year old phoned our home virgin number from the virgin mobile and put it on hold.The house phone never rang maybe because he put it on hold before the house phone had time to ring we were at home at the time and heard nothing. nearly 6 hours later i noticed the mobile was on hold. I then checked online my account and found i had been billed 45 pounds and all free mins were used for the month. As the house phone was never answered surely it never made a connection and i shouldn't have a charge. Virgin say they can't even look at it until the bill is generated next month. has anyone else had this problem?
