I want to upgrade my phone early (roughly 8 months) and am willing to pay the remaining contract for the phone, as my daughter wants my phone. My problem is that I have an old contact where my bill isn't split into 2 (phone and bill), where do I find out how much I have to pay? Also, my contract was half price because I had been a customer for over 6 years, and my phone is now even cheaper than what I currently pay. Is this fair? Should virgin have offered me a cheaper price when they dropped prices?
With regards to the early upgrade fee. This will be your monthly fee times by the remaining amount of months. You can give us a call on 789 or 0345 6000 789 and we'll give you a definite number because of your half price fees. If the price was dropped when the contract started, we wouldn't have offered the cheaper price if a fee had alread been agreed.
