I ordered a PAYG sim yesterday, got an email telling me it was to be delivered by Yodel today. Typed in the "unique reference" into Yodel, not listed. Spent time on the phone speaking to an automated system, to be told that this "unique reference" doesn't exist on their system. Phone Virgin Mobile customer services only to be told "oh its being sent Royal Mail". I've not event got the SIM and I'm beginning to think is this is a good idea to come across to Virgin????? Would I trust you to port my number over hmmmm, thinking twice about this!
