Why are virgin mobile so bad at customer service

Has anyone else had such poor service from virgin mobile on the telephone. I am not aware if the in-store team are any better, but it's taken 3 days for my phone to arrive, and I imagine by the time a mailed pack has taken to arrive, the cooling off period will have expired, or got lost in the post, so it would seem I'm being held to ransom, for the Caribbean lady refused to activate my SIM, knowing that my old handset doesn't work. I thoroughly do not recommend virgin mobile. The strongest team can be damaged by the poorest service

I am sorry that the service you reveieved wasn't what we'd have liked for you, I would like to ask if the phone has arrived now as this would have been a few days ago?


If you're worrying about the cooling off period, the term would start from the moment you receive and activate the handset. If you do have any issues regarding the device, please let me know here Smiley Happy
