Voicemail is the bane of my existence and I want to to go away. Twice I've been in touch with the customer services team but calls still go through to voicemail. There's even a nice little button on the my account page that says voicemail is off, but it still kicks in. I've even tried sending the commands and it returns 'call forwarding disabled' but it isn't and as always we get the enthusiastic virgin lady saying "your call has been forwarded to blah blah blah"
Sorry to hear you're having difficulties turning your voicemail off.
If voicemail is showing off on Your Account online and you are still having issues with it kicking in I would recommend calling our Mobile Tech team as they will be able to raise an IT ticket to get this investigated for you.
Unfortunately due to security making this type of account change is not something we can do via the forums.
