I have been on Virgin Mobile for several years. I am on a SIM only contract which includes voicemail. When I sign into my account, it tells me that my voicemail is active. Also, when I call 222 it says that my voicemail has been set up. However, whenever someone calls me, they are not diverted to voicemail and cannot leave me a message.
Why is this? And how can the situation be resolved?
I have tried to find a contact email for Virgin for the past hour, and to no avail. Any time I call them, they put me on hold for a ridiculous amount of time, so I was hoping to resolve this without having to call.
