Im on 30 days rolling contract , and wanted to buy pay as you go phone which cost 119.00 with a compulstory 10 pounds top up from a virgin mobile website . This top up is useless to me as im already existing customer but my account doesnt show option to remove it (it just shows as new number) when i put this phone to the basket. Also "upgrade "link just takes me back to the summary page. I have chatted with Emma on the virgin live chat and she told my i will have to use "my rewards"on my account which were nowhere to be found. I have spent 30 m on the phone on hold too. Can someone explain me why cant I just buy phone from my account?And If I can , how?
The whole experience is very frusrtating- whole day to buy a phone that should be too clicks- looks like Virgin already hit its targets!
