Virgin Media - new mobile sim card- charged an extra fee
Have been with VM for years for tv etc package. Contacted mobile section and agreed a slightly reduced fee for sim only monthly contract. Still to receive sim card. However noticed that a direct debit had been taken from bank for an increased amount from what was agreed. Also get an email from VM mobile , stating the correct amount to be taken off later this month. As well as that, there were 2 email attachments which I cannot open, with details of the contract, I assume. And further, I cannot log in or register to my account as the password is not recognised and there is no way to request a change!!
Any one had a similar experience or is it a case of the dreaded phone call wait??
