I've been a virgin media customer for 10 years I have my TV broadband phone and 3 mobiles with you and I was told I could upgrade my 2 phones as my contract was up when I phoned to upgrade the your told me I couldn't due to a credit check, I took insurance out with you to protect my phones my phones having been playing up for months but thought I would wait for my upgrade, plus why let me get a 3rd phone in the may when you won't let me upgrade I've been a loyal customer for 10 years and feel really let down as the person I spoke to basically there was nothing I could do and put the phone down, cheers vm
