Unable to Cancel my phone



So at the end of May 2015 i moved to Sweden and wanted to cancel my phone sim contract. I cancelled my direct debit to indicate i no longer want to use the service. I cant call because i have no access to a phone from here in Sweden. I am now being charged from june-july for a service i have no used. Please can you assist me with cancelling my contract? Why is it so difficult to do so!? I thought i called to cancel my contract but apparently this has not been acted upon by Virgin.

You do not cancel your contract by simply cancelling your direct debit. Virgin will still try and take money and you could find yourself getting a bad credit score for non payment. 


You will have to ring 0044 345 6000 789 if you are in Sweden to do so. Best find a phone because you will be liable to charges if you don't
