So at the end of May 2015 i moved to Sweden and wanted to cancel my phone sim contract. I cancelled my direct debit to indicate i no longer want to use the service. I cant call because i have no access to a phone from here in Sweden. I am now being charged from june-july for a service i have no used. Please can you assist me with cancelling my contract? Why is it so difficult to do so!? I thought i called to cancel my contract but apparently this has not been acted upon by Virgin.
