Terrible Service have been let down badly

I had a blackberry with Virgin, now got android with them, it works intermittently at best. Have spent many phone calls trying to sort, this morning have been on for 3 hours! Been all over the world, tech department basically saying it will never work, but wont let me out of contract!

This used to be such a good company. Now I'm getting close to taking legal action I am so angry, it is destroying my ability to run my business. How do you get through to someone sensible

OK. Virgin are not the easiest of companies to contact, usually directing you to 789. 

You could write to 
Complaints, Virgin Media, PO Box 333, Matrix Court, Swansea, SA7 9ZJ  keeping copies of all correspondence. 

However, perhaps we can help if you enlighten us to what actually is the problem. Is it to do with signal or do you suspect the phone?

What make of phone is it?
