Call virgin to request my pac code. I am then given a new better deal by virgin but a new sim is required.
Saturday 3rd December
New sim arrives and I put it into my phone at 9pm. I follow the instructions to activate the sim card. The website states it will take a few minutes but could take upto 24 hours. From instance I inserted the sim card the display on my phone read "No Service"
Sunday 4th December
9:30pm Phone still says "No Service" I am told an IT ticket has been created and it will take 24 hours to resolve.
Monday 5th December
9:30pm phone still reads "No Service"
Tuesday 6th December 9am
I am told that the ticket will take 3 to 5 days to be resolved. I ask for my PAC code but I am told that one cannot be generated due to the imcomplete activation. A credit has been applied to my account but this does not make up for the inconvenience of a loss of service.
Right now I feel trapped and lied to. How can something so simple go so wrong?
