Smartcall app

Googleplay will not accept my application for the Smartcall app because it won't recognise that I am using VM to apply on my PC. What do I do?

It was suggested I apply via the VM website as my landline will be off for a month and I only have my VM mobile to use.

Hi there Daisydot, 

 

I'm really sorry to hear that you are experiencing issues when trying to download the Smart Call app.

 

Could you please let me know what mobile phone you are using when downloading the app?

 

Once you've downloaded the app to your phone, you need to log into http://www.virginmedia.com with your cable account details, and then go to "My Apps" to register the device for a four digit PIN code in order to activate Smart Call. 

 

Could you let me know where in this chain the fault is occurring?
