Since the Virgin Service Upgrade my PAYG phones are no longer on My Account !

Since the so called recent Service Upgrade on 30-03-2015, I find that I can no longer access the PAYG phones I had registered before, but ONLY my contract phone !

 

If I try and add one of these PAYG phones it tells me it is "already registered to my account" !

If I click "show all accounts" they DO NOT appear !

 

I rely on using my PC to see what the balance of these accounts are and more importantly to "Top Up" the balance via my card... I am disabled and for ME, this is by far the easiest and best way... in fact the ONLY way I want to do this !

 

This is not an upgrade but a downgrade... What's going on ? !

 

Please help me get this fascility back ASAP

I'm sorry to hear about the issues you've been having with your online account.

 

We have recently upgraded our systems and a number of customers have reported issues viewing additional numbers through their online account since the update.

 

The good news is out team is aware of this and were doing everything we can to resolve the problem for affected customers as soon as possible Smiley Happy
