Since the Virgin Service Upgrade my PAYG phones are no longer on My Account !
Since the so called recent Service Upgrade on 30-03-2015, I find that I can no longer access the PAYG phones I had registered before, but ONLY my contract phone !
If I try and add one of these PAYG phones it tells me it is "already registered to my account" !
If I click "show all accounts" they DO NOT appear !
I rely on using my PC to see what the balance of these accounts are and more importantly to "Top Up" the balance via my card... I am disabled and for ME, this is by far the easiest and best way... in fact the ONLY way I want to do this !
This is not an upgrade but a downgrade... What's going on ? !
