Signed up for mobile contract, but yet to hear from anyone.

I set up a order for phone + contract morning, after putting in all my details and receiving the confirmation email saying that my order had been processed, I noticed that at the end of the email this was added

"Unfortunately there'll be a slight delay processing your order due to a technique glitch at our end. We'll be in touch in the next 24 hours to complete your order."

It currently has been over 24 hours and I have yet to be contacted, is there any way to find out what is happening with my order?

 Hi Colintrr,

 

you and countless others I'm afraid. This "glitch" has lasted four months now.

All I can suggest is wait and this post may be picked up by one of Virgin's forum team.

Or you could try giving Virgin mobile customer services a call on 789 from a Virgin mobile if you already have one

0345 6000 789 from any other phone and see if they can tell you anything about your order.
