Signed up for mobile contract, but yet to hear from anyone.
I set up a order for phone + contract morning, after putting in all my details and receiving the confirmation email saying that my order had been processed, I noticed that at the end of the email this was added
"Unfortunately there'll be a slight delay processing your order due to a technique glitch at our end. We'll be in touch in the next 24 hours to complete your order."
It currently has been over 24 hours and I have yet to be contacted, is there any way to find out what is happening with my order?
