Setting up Blueyonder email into app on Samsung Galaxy A5

My wife got a new Galaxy A5 yesterday, but we cannot setup the email app to access her blueyonder emails (as it did on her previous HTC phone).

When we try and setup the app, we get authorisation failed - but we believe we have put the correct servers/username and password in.

We called the helpline yesterday, and was told there was a technical problem with blueyonder emails on new devices, and it should be fixed by lunchtime today, but it's not.

Can anyone help?

Re: Setting up Blueyonder email into app on Samsung Galaxy A5

Hello Rob

Sorry you are encountering difficulties setting up the new HTC phone, we will do our best to help.

To begin it may be worth logging into My Virgin Media using the primary login details, navigating to my profiles and changing the blueyonder email address password. This will hopefully reset all our servers just to sure they are not causing a problem.

Please let us know how that goes.

Many thanks
