I'm also experiencing issues with my sim card connection while I'm abroad. I have called twice the number you have suggested in multiple responses here in the forum; they have switched my roaming option from off to on and adviced me to wait (the second time). However, it still doesn't work and my sim card is useless here. I've also switched off and on my phone a number of times. Could you please suggest something as to resolve this? Something else than call the team, as I've done that twice without any success and I'm not willing to give a third call from abroad.
