I'm getting awful signal in NW10 3BJ
EE checker has no known issues.
I don't see any way of finding out about mobile signal problems on the Virgin web site - why is that?
Its taken me about 1 hour on the phone to get through to the virgin offshore service desk to try to get help on this problem. Waited for call back which didn't come.

Sorry to hear you've had some signal trouble in your area. I want to get this all sorted for you.
I've run some checks and I can see there is an active service affecting fault nearby. EE are aware of this and they're working hard to get this fixed.
