After suffering for many months with an utterly rubbish phone, I was recently offered an upgrade. As I'd had so many problems with the other one, I thought long and hard about staying with Virgin, but for convenience decided to try a different brand. I upgraded the phone online and it duly arrived within a couple of days. But the joy was short-lived. My current sim doesn't fit the new phone!. Surely as I was upgrading, Virgin should have known that and sent me a new sim, too?! Frustrated, I phone support, but after several attempts to get the automated service to recognise my key instructions, I was cut off. Starting to wonder whether I should have moved elsewhere. Anyone else have a problem with the automated helpline, or is it my crap phone?
Sadly when you upgraded this should have been mentioned, just call 789, ask for a new multi sim, and just pop out the sim to the size you require, it will take a few days to arrive as it can't be despatched before Monday.
